Dr. Fumio Hanaoka, the former TARA Center director, moved out to National Institute of Genetics and assumed the position of the institute’s Director-General as of December 1st.
Dr. Jun-ich Hayashi, a professor emeritus of the University of Tsukuba, came into office as the new TARA center director.
We had a farewell ceremony for Dr. Fumio Hanaoka on November 29th.
