A TARA seminar will be held on July 25th as follows.

When: 10:30-12:00 on Wednesday, July 25th, 2018 Venue: Seminar room, 2F, Bldg. A, TARA Center [Map Speaker: Cagla Eroglu, Ph.D., Associate professor  (Department of Cell Biology, Duke University School of Medicine, USA) Subject: “How do glia sculpt synaptic circuits?”

Summary: How are synaptic networks formed during development and remodeled during learning and disease? This is the main question that drives our research. We investigate the roles of glial cells, particularly astrocytes, in the development, remodeling and function of synaptic circuits.
